This is an annual activity which takes place on rice season in Khau Pha Pass by Yen Bai Provincial People’s Committee and Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

YBP- Opening Ceremony of Festival of Mu Cang Chai terraces will start at 19h30 on September 23, 2017 in Nghia Lo town.

YBP - In response to the "Vietnam - Laos Friendship, Solidarity Year", on 9/9, the delegation of Xay Nha Bu Ly leaders (Laos) led by Mr. Sôm lit Pươc Keo - Vice Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the chairman of the provincial People’s Council, the leader of the Laos - Viet Nam Friendship Association visited and paid a courtesy visit to Yen Bai leaders.

YBP - That is the direction of Mr. Duong Van Tien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee at the meeting held in the afternoon of August 28 to hear the progress report on the implementation of the plan to organize Muong Lo Cultural, Tourism Week and Festival to explore the national scenery terraced fields in Mu Cang Chai.
