YBP- On January 20th, Yen Bai Provincial People’s Committees issued Decision No 136 on issuing the Plan to attract Foreign Direct Investment in industry, service, agriculture and rural area in Yen Bai province, period 2017-2020.

YBP - According to the plan issued by the People's Committee of Yen Bai province, the Northwest Industry and Trade Fair held in Yen Bai is scheduled to be in November, 2017.

YBP- In the evening of May 19, the opening ceremony of Yen Bai Tourism Year Festival 2017 was held in 19-8 Square, Yen Bai City.

Under the framework agreement between the two provinces of Yen Bai and Val-de-Marne (France) in from 2014 -2019, from 15 -20 May, the delegation of Val-de- Marne and the Inter-Provincial Union of Waste Water and Sanitation in Paris (SIAAP) led by Sandrine Bénezet - Engineer, Department of Integrated Wastewater and Wastewater Treatment, The Val-de-Marne Provincial Council, head of the delegation worked with Yen Bai province on the project "Support to establish the master plan for collecting wastewater in Yen Bai city".

YBP - As part of the series of activities of Yen Bai Tourism Year 2017, in response to the National Tourism Year 2017 Lao Cai - Northwest, the Paragliding Festival "Fly on the water season" at Khau Pha Pass in Mu Cang Chai District is one of many attractive activities to visitors to visit, explore and experience.

YBP - Located in the northwestern part of the country, Thac Ba lake in Yen Bai province, which is considered as "Ha Long on the Mountain", is one of the three largest artificial lakes in Vietnam formed by building Thac Ba hydroelectric plant.

YBP - Festival of Practicing religion on worshiping Mau Thuong Ngan will be held from May 20 to May 21 at Dong Cuong temple in Dong Cuong commune of Van Yen district.

YBP - Responding to the National Tourism Year 2017 - Lao Cai - Northwest, at 7 p.m on May 19 - Yen Bai city, Yen Bai province will be celebrating the Tourism Year of Yen Bai province with the theme of “sparkling Yen Bai colors” at 19/8 Square .
