YBP – Yen Bai provincial People’s committee has issued a decision approving the local adjustment of the detailed planning for construction of the Southern Industrial Zone (Zone A) in the province.

Accordingly, Yen Bai province adjusts about 10,000m2 of land in the Southern Industrial Zone (Zone A) of Yen Bai province from the land for the construction of the Center for Operations and Services into the industrial land.
The remaining land area, which is about 2,250m2, remains the land for the construction of the Operation and Service Center.
Other contents: Remain in accordance with the detailed planning for construction and expansion of the Southern Industrial Zone (Zone A) in Yen Bai province approved by Decision No.45/QD-UBND dated 18/01/2010 of Yen Bai provincial People's Committee.
In this decision, the provincial People's Committee assigned the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Yen Bai province to coordinate with the Department of Construction and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to update the contents of the local planning, complete the dossier and publicly announce the planning in accordance with regulations; To manage the land according to the contents of the adjusted planning in accordance with current regulations.
