120 years ago, on 11/4/1900, Yen Bai province was formally established Yen Bai province, ending the period of military administration. Yen Bai officially became a provincial-level administrative unit but remained under the rule of the feudal government apparatus; Yen Bai people were enslaved in the dark, backward, miserable and miserable life.
