The project has the total investment of VND 75 billion which has divided into 3 construction bidding packages. The road has the length of 22km which is designed according to the mountain road grade V standard. After upgrading the road will connect to the four communes and the Provincial Road 166.

Having speech at the ceremomy, Mr. Do Duc Duy affirmed that the Project has an important meaning. It is also is aspiration and expectation officials and people living in the 4 communes of Van Yen district.

Repairing and uploading the road and other projects will improve the traffic for local people here and ensure security for students in rainy season. The project also will promote trade on goods, create connection in socio-economic development, making an important contribution to speeding up the process of building a new rural in Van Yen district.

Mr. Do Duc Duy praised the consoliaton and support of the people of Xuan Ai, Vien Son, Yen Phu, Yen Hop communes when donating land and clearing the ground for construction. People in 4 communes have donated 24ha of land and many precious treasures for building and repairing the road. 

Mr. Do Duc Duy – Provicial Party Secretary also suggested the investers and construction units completing the project in 9 months; preparing enough people and machines and equipment; compling with construction standards and regulations; ensuring progress, quality, safety of works, labor safety and environmental sanitation. The invester and construction units should suitable measures so that the road repairation hasn’t affected on lives, production and traffic of people.
