YBP - On September 25, 1958, at the Yen Bai town Stadium (now Yen Bai City), Uncle Ho talked to people of different ethnic groups in Yen Bai Province. Through practical activities to review the teachings and feelings of Uncle Ho for Yen Bai; the results have been achieved in the implementation of the teachings of Uncle Ho over the past 60 year, thereby creating a new impetus for the successful implementation of the province's political tasks in 2018, the Resolution of the 12th Party Congress and the Resolution of the Party XVIII Provincial Party Committee.
