Melinh Plaza Yen Bai project is built in Minh Tan Ward, Yen Bai City by the T&M Vietnam Investment JSC, a member of Eurowindow Holding. Melinh Plaza Yen Bai is a multi-functional complex including: a commercial center, 30 villas, adjacent houses, along with internal transport system, technical infrastructure of residential areas in an area of 11,000 m2 with a total investment of VND 160 billion, expected to be completed in 2021.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Canh Hong - Vice Chairman of Eurowindow Holding said: Yen Bai is a potential land for real estate projects because this locality is located in gateway of the Northwestern region and a central point in one of the key economic corridors Kunming-Lao Cai-Hanoi-Hai Phong. The project aims at bringing convenient and advanced products for Yen Bai residents, thus contributing to intensifying socio-economic development and creating a facelift for Yen Bai city and making it soon become a Tier-2 urban area.

The deployment and completion of the commercial center and the adjacent villas and houses of Melinh Plaza Yen Bai are expected to add value, not only bring great benefits to investors, but also create highlights in urban development of Yen Bai city as well as development of commerce and services in the city in particular and Yen Bai province in general.not only bring about huge interests for investors, but also create a highlight in Yen Bai city’s urban development as well as in trade and service development in the city and the province at large.

In order for the commercial housing project to be completed and put into operation, the Chairman of Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee suggested that investors should focus resources to deploy the project to ensure quality and progress as committed; comply with the provisions of law on planning, land, investment, construction, environmental protection and other relevant laws.

Chairman of the provincial People's Committee also proposed consulting units and contractors to strictly comply with construction standards and regulations; quality assurance, project safety, labor safety and environmental protection; must not let the construction process affect the life, production and daily life of people in the vicinity of the project. At the same time, it is required that branches, levels and localities of the province, especially Yen Bai City People's Committee, pay attention to, create all favorable conditions to accelerate the construction progress; regularly monitor, check and timely support investors to solve problems arising in the process of project implementation.
