In Highland kermiss 2018, Mu Cang Chai district will introduce and sell local specific products and goods. The event also will be a place for visitors.
The kermiss aims to introduce cultural identity of ethnic groups in Mu Cang Chải. .
The Highland kermiss 2018 consisting of 20 stores will take place in Mu Cang Chai stadium from September 20 to September 30.
There are many goods displaying and selling in the kemiss such as: Tao meo, honey, rice – wine, sticky rice, wheat wine, cardamom…; some brocade products of the Mong ethnic group, Thai; musical instruments of Mong, Thai ethnic groups; Some forged products: knives, ploughs; traditional products…
Beside displaying products, the highland kermiss 2018 in Mu Cang Chai will have the perfomance of grinding rice cake of Che Cu Nha, De Xu Phinh, Mo De and Lao Chai Communes; grinding grean rice of Nam Co, Khao Mang; Cao Pha and Mu Cang Chai; There are also interesting activities such as: dances, singing, stick pushing..at nights of the kermiss.
This event aims to introduce cultural identity of ethnic groups in Mu Cang Chai district and to explore the national landscapes, terraces and ecotourism of the district with all visitors in all parts of the country and international travelers.
